Welcome to Spruce Creek Designs. By accessing sprucecreekdesigns.com (the "Site") or purchasing our digital printables, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Digital products

All products sold on the Site are digital files (PDFs and similar) delivered via download link or email. Nothing is shipped physically. You are responsible for printing files yourself or through a print shop.

2. License & permitted use

When you purchase a printable, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use, including:

Printing for use in your own home, classroom, or homeschool.
Sharing physical printed copies with your own students or family.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files.
Modify the files and claim them as your own.
Use the designs in commercial products or for-profit services without a separate written license.
Upload the files to file-sharing sites or AI training datasets.

All designs, illustrations, and text remain the intellectual property of Spruce Creek Designs.

3. Payment & refunds

All purchases are processed in USD unless noted. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your file is corrupted or you can't download it, email hello@sprucecreekdesigns.com and we'll make it right.

4. Newsletter & freebies

Free printables shared via our newsletter are covered by the same license as paid products (see Section 2). By subscribing, you agree to receive emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Blog content

Blog posts and any opinions shared on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional educational, medical, or legal advice.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spruce Creek Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
